GeriatriXXX of Shire Hill, the world’s first live-streaming elderly adult entertainment channel and residential care home, has announced that it will produce Korean dramas in their new purpose-built studio.

Tapping into the popular K-Drama market, Ben Dover GeriatriXXX’s managing director says their first production, Hard Love, will follow 85-year-old Mabel, who moves into the residential care home where she immediately falls for the dashing star performer Richard Long, a 76-year-old former supermarket stock-taker. The two are inseparable, but can Mabel reconcile her love for Dick while he still performs on the adult channel?

“You’ll have to find out across 24 gripping hour-long episodes,” says Dover.

For the English-speaking market, the native English-language actors will be dubbed into Korean using native Korean actors, and each episode will subtitled in English. “Of course, for those who don’t like subtitles, we’ll redub the Korean dubbed version with an English dub.”

The first episode is due to be aired sometime or other in February, 2025.
